We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. If any goods prove to be unsuitable please return them within 7 days in the original packaging and in an unused condition for full refund less any postage costs.
Orders can be cancelled any time prior to dispatch with no charge. Orders cancelled after this time will be subject to carriage charges.
Orders that we receive above £100 exclusive of VAT will be sent carriage paid. Any orders below will be subject to a delivery charge of £7.99. This is applicable for all order within the UK, excluding Northern Ireland, where a surcharge will apply.
Our standard delivery time is 3 to 5 working days, if for any reason there is a delay or any of our products are out of stock we will contact you to advise and give the option to amend or cancel your order.
Please contact us if you have urgent requirements for next day delivery and we will do our best to assist, additional charges may apply.
Please note that due to the chemical make up of some of the products we supply, carrier firms are not able to deliver them. In these rare situations we will inform you of an alternative product via email when your order is placed.
